• Please ensure that your payment and delivery information are all correct before submitting your order. Once it has been placed, it is unlikely we will be able to amend it once the order has been processed by our system, particularly during busy periods.
• Once you have submitted your order, you will receive confirmation via email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email does not guarantee that we have accepted your order, only that we have received it. In some rare instances, your order may be rejected by us under certain criteria. Please refer to “Our Rights - The Retailer” below for more information.
• Once your order has been accepted, processed and dispatched, you will receive email confirmation of this, with the relevant tracking and shipping information (if applicable).

While all attempts are made to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, we cannot always guarantee that all descriptions are 100% accurate, complete and error-free, owing to the potential for human error when our website is undergoing updates. All order fulfilment is subject to stock availability. From The Wire LTD reserves the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons: 

— One or more of the products/it's variant in your order is unavailable or out of stock
— Your billing information is incorrect or unable to be verified
— Your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud
— We have reason to believe that you are reselling our products without our express authorisation
— We are unable to deliver the order to the address provided by you due to events beyond our control
— In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information on our behalf

Data Check: At times, we may perform additional checks on your details before your order is dispatched. These checks may include verifying your address and/or checking for signs of fraudulent activity using automated processes to filter out suspicious orders. All fraudulent orders will be investigated thoroughly, and prosecuted if necessary.

• The listed price of all products shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Shipping is not included and is automatically added onto your order total at checkout before completing your order, where you can select your preferred method of shipping based on your location (Please refer to our dedicated Shipping & Returns page for more information).
• The cost of goods and/or shipping rates may be subject to change at any given time. From The Wire LTD reserves the right to modify prices at our own discretion. However, once you have completed checkout on your order and it has been accepted by us and begun processing, the price you have paid will remain the same.
• At certain times, our website can have a large amount of product listings and variants. While great care is taken to ensure that all products are priced correctly, on occasion, a product may be listed with an incorrect price. If this situation arises on an item in your order, you will be notified by a member of our team of the price discrepancy and given the option as to wether you wish to proceed with your order or not.
• Payment for all orders must be made at the point of sale on the checkout page. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. We will always strive to add as many payment options possible to allow the greatest accessibility for our customers to acquire our products.
• Please be aware that all online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. We also carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card, please note that no items will be dispatched until all checks have been completed. Please be aware that some card issuers may charge an online handling fee or a processing fee. From The Wire LTD are not responsible for said fees, and are unable to counteract them. If in doubt, please contact your card issuer for more information.
• Occasionally, we may run promotions where we issue discount codes to customers. These can be used in part-payment of the price of product(s) ordered online (subject to the Terms & Conditions under which they were issued, as indicated in our relevant promotion from which you got the code). Discount codes can only be used once, and only during the period of validity stated and only in respect of the relevant product(s) stated. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash.

• For specific information and rates for shipping, please refer to our dedicated "Shipping & Returns" page. This can be found in the footer menu at the bottom of every page of our website.
• All orders will be fulfilled by the delivery date laid out in your dispatch confirmation email. If no delivery date is specified, please allow up to 30 days from dispatch confirmation unless there are exceptional circumstances.
• All orders will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer during the checkout process. Please double check that your shipping information is correct before completing your order, as once your order has been accepted it is unlikely we will be able to amend this in time before the order is dispatched.
• We cannot guarantee delivery to all addresses internationally. If your delivery address is in a particularly remote location, we may not be able to deliver your order. In this event, you will be contacted by a member of our team. From The Wire LTD reserves the right to refuse delivery to any country and/or region that is prohibited by applicable export laws. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or similar addresses.
• All items within a single order must be sent to the same address, and cannot be split up and sent to different addresses. If you wish to have different items dispatched to more than one shipping address, you must place separate orders - one for each shipping address - which will be treated as separate orders respectively.
• Orders are dispatched every day Monday-Saturday, typically within the hours of 9am-4pm (following United Kingdom BST calendar format & Time Zone) excluding public and bank holidays. Please be aware that your selected shipping method may require a signature on delivery, and it is not possible for us to determine the exact time your order will be delivered on any given day.
• Any orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be subject to international customs checks and inspections, as well as potential import duties and taxes, dependant on your location. Please note that From The Wire LTD has no control over said inspections or customs/import charges, they are the responsibility of the customer. All countries and territories operate under different tax laws, as such, we are unable to provide an estimate of any potential customs/tax fees on your order.
• In the event of an international return, the import duties will be refunded to you providing that they were included in the original purchase price. If they were not included within the original purchase price, you will be responsible for reclaiming any duty directly from your local customs office.
• If for whatever reason, your courier/selected delivery service is unable to deliver your item to you and it is returned to us (for example, you are not home during any attempted deliveries, or there is a problem with the address information you have provided) we are unable to refund your delivery fees, and will have to charge an additional re-delivery fee to send it back out to you again. Please make sure all shipping information is correct when you place your order.

From The Wire LTD regularly commissions independent Photographers, Videographers and other creatives to collaborate with for the creation of our visual assets and marketing materials. While the copyright of the images/videos remains with their respective creators, From The Wire LTD bears exclusive licensing rights for the commercial usage and reproduction of said visual assets. All visuals published by From The Wire LTD may only be used by ourselves commercially, as well as for personal marketing/portfolio purposes of the commissioned talent that has created them on our behalf (including their representative agent, if applicable). No other party may use or reproduce any assets under any circumstances without written consent from both From The Wire LTD, as well as the original creator, where applicable. These works are protected by copyright laws worldwide.
