To keep up to date on all new product release information and everything From The Wire, be sure to follow our Instagram and subscribe to our mailing list, which can be done in the footer menu found at the bottom of every page on our website.
Email subscribers receive early access codes to the website for all new product releases 30 minutes prior to general release, as well as the latest updates on all new collections and events
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this avoids your junk folder and lands in your inbox, please add info@fromthewire.co.uk to your contacts.
If we encounter any product availability and payment verification issues, you will be contacted within 72 hours to resolve these issues.
If you have still not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please email customer@fromthewire.co.uk
Once your order has been confirmed, processed and dispatched, you should automatically receive a confirmation email providing your shipping information and dedicated tracking number, where appropriate.
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate, as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If after 24 hours your tracking number is not activated, or showing as invalid, please contact customer@fromthewire.co.uk with your name and order number.

If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery, this is most likely to have been removed due to it being out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you have purchased be out of stock. If you have not received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you are still missing an item please contact us immediately with your name, order number and missing item(s)
We will investigate this and will resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
All missing item claims must be made within 7 days of the delivered date of your order.
Please be sure to check the following before contacting customer service regarding a missing order.
- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
- Check the tracking information that is included in you dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of our couriers. It may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or re-delivery.
- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.
- Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with your neighbour, it is always worth checking with your neighbour just in case they have taken in your item.

Great care is taken to provide you with as much information as possible on the sizing and measurements, as well as expected fit of our items.
All items on the website feature product-specific size charts, which are directly measured from our own garments laid flat for maximum accuracy. If you are unsure about the fit and sizing of one of our products, we recommend comparing the measurements from our size chart to a similar product you already own to get a good idea of the fit ahead of purchase.

We strive to provide the best product-specific care instructions to help ensure you get the most out of your garment and can cherish it for many wears.
All of our products feature dedicated internal fabric care labels, which detail the fabric composition and wash/care instructions.
Please be sure to familiarise yourself with the wash/care instructions on any given product before washing/drying etc, as we cannot offer refunds on any products that have not been washed/cared for in line with the instructions provided on the item's care label.
Sale items purchased can only be returned for exchange or store credit unless specifically stated otherwise. This includes all site-wide events, sales and certain promotional events.
Sale items are available for a limited time only.
We reserve the right to amend the list of products excluded from the sales.
Sale items are subject to availability.
Other discount codes, promotions and offers cannot be applied to sale items.
